Who would benefit from Foot Mobilisation

The Feet We Fix.

Foot Mobilisation is performed at The Foot and Leg Clinic to treat aches and pains of the entire body, most commonly plantarfasciitis.

Anyone with stiff joints, or misaligned joints, would benefit from foot mobilisation.  This may include athletes, or those with aches and pains in the body caused by general day to day loading.  Foot mobilisation would benefit those with pain in the foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine, lower back, or leg.

If you answer yes to any of the following questions then Foot Mobilisation may be the treatment just for you:

  1. My feet or sore for the first few steps in the morning
