You may wish to use cryotherapy to take advantage of the benefits it offers for mind health, body health or for the full mind-body health and recovery.

It is used within our clinic to help professional athletes, novice athletes, the non-active person and the elderly.

Cryotherapy helps recovery from injury and also for injury prevention for those that train often.

It is used to help those suffering from depression, anxiety, chronic body aches and pains, arthritis and other inflammatory conditions.

Some would argue that cryotherapy is powerful enough to destroy unhealthy cells in the body and can be used to treat local neuromas in the body.

It can work to aid tissue healing, reducing muscle aches and aid healing of tendon, muscle, ligament and bone sprains.
