Sports massage therapy treatments
Massage therapy is a great treatment for pain management and recovery from injuries and conditions suffered through playing sports.
Unlike a simple massage which is aimed solely at relaxation, your sports massage therapist will work with you on a program to target your individual pain, utilising various massage techniques to achieve the best outcome. The program may be revised and adjusted as you progress.
We work with athletes of all levels across Scotland and UK to diagnose and treat a range of sporting injuries – get in touch to chat about how we can help you.
