By Email: We may contact you regarding treatment, updates, or exercises. We only send promotional emails with your consent or legitimate interest (for subscribers prior to May 2018).

By Post: We only send post related to your care or with your consent.

We use Practice Pal Ltd to securely store your electronic records. Images, videos, and computerised data are stored on password-protected systems. Paper records are locked or shredded once digitised.
