Are you regularly “going over” your ankle or easily stumbling over your ankle? Do you suffer from recurrent ankle sprains whist playing sport or maybe you just loose ankle stability as part of day-to-day walking? Has a surgeon suggested surgery as your only solution to ankle recurrent ankle sprain? Have you ignored the ankle sprain in the hope the ankle stability will improve on its own? Are you confused as to why you suffer recurrent ankle sprains?

However, if suffering a recurrent ankle sprain we recommend you book a Foot and Ankle Assessment with us.

For assessment and diagnosis of other ankle injuries call us and one of our clinicians will be happy to call you back to discuss!
