Kinesiology Taping helps support joints and encourage healing

The taping method (or Kinesiology method) is gaining increasing popularity with sports people.

Taping is used in the treatment and prevention of injury: supporting problem joints and muscles and, while it gently lifts the skin from the underlying tissues, encourages the body’s natural healing process while allowing the patient full range of motion in the affected area.

Our physiotherapists and sports therapists can perform taping therapy to treat your injury and enhance joint stability when required.
