My career began with the Glasgow Warriors rugby club, where I developed a strong foundation in treating high-performance athletes. I then moved into private hospital and clinic work, focusing on orthopaedics and musculoskeletal injuries. I hold an undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master’s in Sports Medicine from the University of Glasgow, and a Doctorate in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. Alongside clinical work, I lecture part-time at Glasgow Caledonian and the City of Glasgow College, where I enjoy helping students build their skills and confidence. My approach combines education, strength-based rehab, and patient-centred care to help people take control of their recovery. Qualifications: Originally from the US, I’ve been living in Glasgow for the past six years and now happily call it home. I have a background in professional lacrosse and recently retired from playing with the Scotland national team (after winning bronze at Euros last year!). I stay active through weightlifting and sports, and in my free time, you’ll find me exploring new coffee spots, travelling, or catching live gigs around the city.
