Supporting Small Business
The Foot and Leg Clinic has operated as a small business for 10 years. Starting with one clinician we have a built our business slowly to ensure that high standards were met with the right team. We aim to support local small business around the Glasgow area, creating a community of hard working individuals trying to offer someone different to big business.
Much of the success of our business comes from our belief in team work, hard work and dedication. We take pride in our team and look after one another so that we may look after you.
Below is our team’s individual thoughts on working for a small business!

The best thing about having a small business is getting to know the patients and being able to spend time on getting to the bottom of their aches and pains. We have a wonderful team on board and as a small business it has brought us closer together, bringing a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Working for a small business makes you feel like you are really part of something. All team members are valued and integral to make the business run effectively. Working with a team that all have the same goals and values is so encouraging and makes me excited for the future. This year has been a challenge for everyone and we have all had to come together to adapt to the current climate but it has made us stronger and a more close knit team.

I love working for a small business because it allows me to have close relationships with my colleagues and the patients. Also, I enjoy it as it allows me to have a greater involvement in what goes on. It is really nice working with people who can make you feel comfortable and like you can go to them whenever you have an issue, it really is a great team to be a part of.

I like working for a small business because the working conditions are really good, the flexibility of working hours and most of all feeling valued and having support from everyone you work with. It’s almost like an extended family.
